Available Spaces:

Auditorium & Main Stage: 273-seat auditorium with a large stage (up to 36′ wide x 33′ deep) Includes a basic stage lighting look and ability to control house lights. Entrance through CFRT Lobby (Lobby and Glass Block Room are included with this rental)

Perfect for Recitals, Performances, ticketed events, concerts, talent shows, dance, choral groups, seminars, and much more. (Starting rates include 6-hours of access)

Available additions: A variety of backdrops and stage setups, LED Screen (9′ x 6′), several dressing rooms, large green room off SR, use of CFRT’s lighting and sound systems with staff support and much more. 

Cost: Starting at $1250

CFRT Studio: Large open room with a small kitchenette and two restrooms in the back. Entrances on both the front (Hay St.) and rear (back parking lot).

Recommended Room Capacity:
Reception Style: up to 200 Persons 
Banquet/Classroom Style: up to 150 Persons
Performance Style: 80-100 Persons depending on configuration.

Perfect for fundraisers, bridal parties or showers, dinners, and medium size performances

Available additions: Chairs, Tables, Pipe and Drape, Sound System, Bistro Lights

Cost: Starting at $500

Glass Block Room: Medium-sized room adjacent to CFRT’s Lobby. This room can be open to the lobby proper or closed off to create a more private space. The lobby can also be rented if more space is needed. 

Recommended Room Capacity:
Reception Style: up to 100 Persons 
Performance/Classroom Style: up to 60 Persons

Perfect for meetings, art displays, small performances, receptions, cabaret-style events, or educational talks.

Available additions: Upright Piano, Chairs, Tables, Flatscreen TV, Sound System

Cost: Starting at $300

Conference Room: Small conference room, seats 6-8 people. Has entrances through both the public (Lobby) and private (Backstage) areas. 

Perfect for small meetings, presentations, study groups, or in conjunction with a larger facility rental

Includes: A conference table with 6-8 chairs, TV screen with HDMI hookup. 

Cost: Starting at $50 (2 hours rental, additional hours are prorated)
